Providing an excellent customer service is important to Easistat UK Ltd and in the vast majority of cases this is exactly what you will receive.  However, just occasionally, something goes wrong and a customer, unfortunately, has cause to complain.  If this happens, we’d really like your feedback as not only does it allow us to explain and apologise to you, it also helps us to improve our products and service.
